Declaration & Terms

  1. I/We agree that the acceptance of this application will not guarantee that ASDEEN LIMITED will offer me a flat in _______________________ and that ASDEEN LIMITED reserves the right to reject any application that does not fulfill the condition of the allotment.
  2. I/We agree that if I/We are offered a flat/house and accepted the offer, I/We will be required to meet the payment conditions due within the stipulated period as contained in the letter of offer.
  3. I/We agree that in the event of non-compliance with the stipulated conditions of the offer, the company reserves the right to withdraw the allocation. Also, if a conveyance has been executed, the company reserves the right to take legal steps to ensure allottee's compliance with the conditions of the conveyance.
  4. I/We agree that in the event that requested land/house is unavailable in the phase, the company will give allottee alternative in the next phase and option of a refund.
  5. I/We agree that ASDEEN LIMITED is of liberty to verify the information as provided in this form.
  6. Allocation of land/houses shall be subject to terms and conditions as contained in provisional letter of allocation from ASDEEN LIMITED.
  7. I/We agree that if the offer for land/house is oversubscribed, my/our deposits will be refunded within a reasonable time of communication of the over subscription to the office.
  8. I/We agree that the final allocation is subject to the execution of a deed of sub-lease/partition/assignment between the allottee and ASDEEN LIMITED.

Condition to be complied with

  2. One application form can be completed per land/house
  3. Application are required to submit two passport photographs along with their application.
  4. Payment for flat/house should be made to the designated banks.
  5. All payments should be made through cash transfer of Banker's Certified Cheques/Drafts.
  1. Payment of the mandatory 30% equity contribution to the designated banks/primary mortgage institution.
  2. Application accompanies with full payment for houses/flats within a stipulated time period will attract 4% trade discount.
  3. All applicants are advised to obtain receipt upon presentation of payment instruments.
